YOMUVIA Terms of Use
These terms govern YOMUVIA Free, the Pro subscription, AI features, and related services from the date you accept them during purchase.
License
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software within the scope of their plan. Ownership of the software is not transferred.
Acceptable use
- Follow applicable law and third-party rights
- Do not bypass licensing or signature checks
- Do not disrupt the service or distribute malware
- Do not redistribute the application without permission
Your media
You are responsible for having the rights required to subtitle, translate, clip, or join each video. YOMUVIA does not grant rights to third-party media.
AI output
Transcription and translation may be inaccurate. Verify important output against the original media. Cloud-assisted features may send the disclosed text context to an external AI provider.
Pro, trials, and payment
Free is ¥0. Pro automatically renews at ¥1,480 per month or ¥14,800 per year, including Japanese consumption tax. The seven-day trial includes 30 cloud minutes. Pro includes 600 cloud minutes per monthly billing period; unused minutes do not roll over. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected plan is charged automatically. BYOK remains available after the included quota at the user's expense.
Updates and termination
Updates may be provided for security, compatibility, and functionality. Access may be suspended for material abuse where permitted by law.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. These terms are governed by Japanese law, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Japan except where applicable law provides otherwise.
